Your Day at a Glance

From check-in to the final toast, here's how the day unfolds at Austin Country Club.

10:00 AM

Check-in & Registration

Arrive at Austin Country Club to check in, pick up your welcome packet with event-branded merchandise, and meet your team at your assigned starting hole.

11:00 AM

Lunch & Networking

Enjoy lunch and connect with fellow golfers, sponsors, and supporters. Warm up at the driving range before the tournament begins.

11:30 AM

Shotgun Start

All teams begin simultaneously from their assigned holes in scramble format. Good luck and have fun!

11:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Golf & On-Course Activities

Enjoy 18 holes of golf with longest drive contests, closest-to-pin challenges, raffles, and refreshments available throughout the course.

5:30 PM

Tournament Finale

Tournament conclusion and to-go boxed meals available as you head out. Thank you for supporting The Ribbon Research Open and cancer research at The Hormel Institute, University of Minnesota!

Before You Arrive

Good to Know

Shotgun Start

All teams start simultaneously from different holes. Your starting hole will be assigned at check-in.

Teams of Four

Teams consist of up to 4 golfers in scramble format. No limit on how many teams your organization can enter.

Free Parking

Complimentary parking is available at Austin Country Club for all registered golfers.

18+ Only

Participants must be 18 years or older to register and play in the tournament.

No Spectators

Due to course capacity, we cannot offer spectator tickets. Only registered golfers may participate.

Dress Code

Golf-appropriate attire required. Collared shirts and golf shoes recommended.
